摘要
平滑靴的正常使用决定着采煤机的是否正常运行,通过对MG500/1200采煤机使用过程中平滑靴插槽出现的问题进行了研究和分析,材料力学只是对改进结构进行理论计算,利用先进CAE模拟软件对改进后的平滑靴槽进行设计和分析。
The normal use of Xi＇an Coal Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. Smooth boots to determine whether the coal winning machine run normally,through to MG500/1200 slots appear problems in the process of coal winning machine used for the research and analysis,through the theoretical calculation of mechanics of materials is to improve the structure,using advanced CAE simulation software for the improved smooth boots groove design and analysis.
