摘要
直线轴承是一种可以实现轴作直线运动的运动单元,在电子设备、精密机床等众多精密设备或特殊机械行业中应用广泛。轴承的承载刚性是在实际应用中必须要考虑的首要问题。结合实际设备的使用情况,从直线轴承与轴的配合方式,对提高直线轴承的刚性提出解决方案。
Linear bearing is a kind of motion unit which can realize linear motion. It is widely used in electronic equipment, precision machine, and many other precision equipment or special machinery industry. Bearing rigidity is the most important issue that must be considered in practical application.Based on the use of the actual equipment, from the fit of the linear bearing and shaft, the paper proposes a solution to improve the stiffness of the linear bearing.
