基于工业机器人的锂电池电解液自动加注系统的研发

摘要 针对人工利用气动柱塞泵加注锂电池电解液的现状,引入工业机器人代替人力实现了电池的自动搬运,将伺服驱动替代气动驱动应用于电解液加注系统。通过单片机实现对伺服电机的控制,应用模糊PID技术在线修正电机的运行误差提高了伺服电机运行精度,并提高了电解液注射的精度和加工速度。实验表明该系统对减少人力、提高锂电池生产效率和生产的自动化水平具有重要意义,可在锂电池加工生产中实施。 The electrolyte for lithium-ion battery manual-refueling by the pneumatic piston pump is presented. The battery atuo-transportation is realized by the industrial robot instead of the manpower.The servo driver was applied into the electrolyte injection system of the lithium-ion production instead of the pneumatic driver. The servo motor is controled by the MCU. The fuzzy PID technology is applied to amend the motor running error on line. Therefore, the servo motor running accuracy is greatly improved. Not only the accuracy of injecting electrolyte is increased, but also processing speed is higher. The results show that the system is important for reducing the manpower, improving the lithium-ion battery production efficiency and the automation level.It can be used in lithium-ion battery production.
