摘要
针对高速立式加工中心电主轴高刚度、高可靠性的要求,对电主轴静刚度进行有限元分析。在三维建模软件Pro/E中完成了电主轴的三维模型的建立,同时在有限元分析软件ANSYS中建立了电主轴的有限元模型。结合加工过程的实际情况,在电主轴轴端进行力的加载并求解,得到了电主轴的静态变形图,并计算出了电主轴的静刚度。分析结果表明:电主轴的静刚度满足要求。
The static stiffness of the spindle is analyzed by finite element method according to the requirement of high stiffness and high reliability. The 3D model of the motorized spindle is established in the three-dimensional modeling software Pro/E,and the finite element model of the motorized spindle is established in the finite element analysis software ANSYS. Combined with the actual situation of the machining process,the force is loaded at the end of the spindle. And then the static deformation of the spindle is obtained,and its static stiffness is calculated. The results show that the static stiffness of the motorized spindle meets the requirements.
