石煤搅拌浸出槽固液两相流的数值模拟 被引量:4

摘要 为了评价石煤机械搅拌浸出槽在不同搅拌方式下的搅拌浸出效率,运用计算流体力学(CFD)软件FLUENT对石煤机械搅拌浸出槽进行数值模拟。使用GAMBIT划分网格,搅拌流场采用多重参考系法(MRF)处理。对直桨式和折叶桨式浸出槽的流场进行研究,并对比安装挡板或导流筒的效果。研究表明:同等条件下折叶桨能够提供更大的轴向速度。安装挡板或导流筒能够改善流场分布,使轴向流和剪切力增加,促进固膜的破碎并向液相中融合,缓解槽底淤积,为浸出反应创造更加优良的环境,有利于提高钒浸出率。 To evaluate the vanadium leaching efficiency of coal stone mechanical agitation leaching tank under different mixing ways. Computational fluid dynamics(CFD) software FLUENT was used for numerical simulation of mechanical agitation leaching tank. The meshing process was did in GAMBIT and multiple reference frame(MRF) was used to deal with the mixing flow field. The leaching tank with straight paddle and propeller paddle were taking as research subjects. And the effect with baffle or draft tube were compared. The result show that in the same condition, propeller paddle can provide greater axial speed. Installing baffle or draft tube can improve the flow field distribution, enhance the axial flow and shear froce, promote the solid membrane broken and fusing to the liquid phase and ease deposition in the bottom. Thus to create better environment for the leaching reaction and eventually raise leaching rate.
