基于LED透镜优化的主动发光道路交通标志视认性改善研究 被引量:1

摘要 主动发光道路交通标志作为新型交通安全设施尚缺少具有针对性的LED配光设计,在应用中制约了该类产品的使用效果和性能提升。本文介绍一种以聚碳酸酯为原材料开发出的具备良好防水、抗老化性能的LED多功能光学透镜,测试显示其在可见光波段的透过率大于80%,对LED的光谱特性及色度学指标影响微小,另通过优化配光设计使LED平均光强扩散角缩小约40名,实现聚焦功能。采用该透镜制备的点阵式主动发光交通标志发光更为均匀、柔和,有效提高交通标志的安全视认性能和亮化美观效果。 As a new traffic safety facility, the self-luminous traffic sign still lack specific LED light distribution design, which restricts the use effect and the performance improvement. This paper introduces a kind of LED multifunctional optical lens which have waterproof and anti-ageing properties, fabricated with the raw material of polycarbonate. The experimental results show that the transmittance of the lens is over 80% and the lens have little effect on the spectra characteristics and colorimetric indicators of LED. Besides, by optimizing the light distribution design, the optical lens can reduce about 40% of the average light intensity spread angle so as to realize the focusing function. Fixed with this kind of optical lens, the dot-matrix self-luminous traffic signs glowed more homogeneous and softer, remarkably improved the legibility of the traffic signs and increased the bright and beautiful effect to the surroundings.
