摘要
针对我国高速铁路桥梁管理养护现状和存在的问题,提出应用PHM(Prognostics and Health Management)技术对高速铁路大型桥梁进行服役状态管理。高速铁路大型桥梁PHM系统依托于3S网络架构和BIM(Building Information Modeling)模型,应用先进传感技术对车-线-桥-环境开展一体化实时监测,并通过智能巡检进行桥梁病害定位统计与桥梁服役状态评估。利用数据融合技术对多源数据开展历史趋势分析与相关性研究,进行故障诊断与预测,以实现高速铁路桥梁RAMS(Reliabitity,Availability,Maintainabitity,Safety)管理。
According to the current management maintenance situation and existing problems of high-speed railway bridge in China,the prognostics and health management( PHM) technology was presented and applied for service status management oflarge bridges in high speed railway. PHMsystem for large bridges of high speed railway was based on 3S network architecture and building information modeling( BIM),applied the advanced sensor technology to implement the integrated real-time monitoring for vehicle-line-bridge-environment,and made the location statistics of bridge diseases and bridge service status evaluation through intelligent patrol. Historical trend analysis and correlation study of multi-source data were studied by using data fusion technology and fault diagnosis and prediction was carried out in order to realize reliability,availability,maintainability,safety( RAMS) management for the high-speed railway bridge.
