摘要
在富水粉细砂层中进行下穿既有铁路的顶管施工,由于施工降水会引起铁路路基的沉降,须采用安全快速、经济合理的工程措施和工法。本文以包头市一雨污水管下穿京包、集包铁路工程为例,详细介绍了所采用的"帷幕止水竖井+超长水平旋喷桩预加固+顶管工艺施工"方案。该方案实现了"零排水、微沉降",保证了施工安全,可为类似工程提供借鉴。
The pipe-jacking construction under the existing railway was made in water-rich silty sand layer and the safe,fast,economical and reasonable engineering measures and construction methods should be adopted because the settlement of railway subgrade can be caused by construction precipitation. Taking one storm sewage pipe under the Beijing-baotou railway and jining-baotou railway as an example,the scheme of curtain water-sealing shaft,advanced super-long horizontal jet grouting piles reinforcement and pipe-jacking technology construction was introduced detailedly,which could realize no drainage and micro settlement,ensure the safety of the construction site and provide a reference for similar projects.
