硅酸钙板吊顶裂缝处理及防控裂缝的应用研究——以某项目改造为例

随着楼市的持续火爆,轻钢龙骨硅酸钙板吊顶以防火、耐潮、隔音及使用生命周期长的优点得到了市场的充分肯定,越来越多的设计师及业主在室内装饰工程上选用轻钢龙骨硅酸钙板作为吊顶及隔墙材料,但由于硅钙板自身的物理性能以及施工工艺不到位等诸多原因,轻钢龙骨硅钙板吊顶在实际应用中容易产生裂缝,影响使用功能和观感。基此,文章分析了一栋大楼改造完成后吊顶出现裂缝的情况,分析了可能致使吊顶裂缝的原因,提出裂缝的修补方案,以及今后在施工过程中预防硅酸钙板裂缝的措施。

With the continuous popularity of property market,light steel keel calcium silicate board ceiling has been fully affirmed by the market due to its advantages of fire-proofing,moisture resistance,sound-proofing and long product life cycle. More and more designers and owners choose the light steel keel calcium silicate board as the material of suspended ceiling and partition walls in the interior decoration. but due to the physical properties of silicon calcium board and the construction process is not in place and other reasons,light steel keel silicon calcium plate ceiling in the practical application of cracks,affect the use function and perception. Based on this article,analyzed the case that the ceiling of a building cracks after a complete transformation,proposed the reasons that may cause ceiling cracks and the repair schemes of ceiling cracks and put forward the measures to prevent calcium silicate board cracks during the construction process.
