The discussion of the application of PPP in infrastructure projects of Gu Lei Petrochemical Base

在分析项目本体及当地政府财政状况两方面的基础上,探讨该项目采用PPP模式建设的必要性,从项目交易结构、收益结构两方面阐述PPP模式的核心要素。最后,结合现阶段我国PPP应用现状,提出相关操作建议。

Based on the analysis of the ontology and the local government financial situation of the project,this paper discussed the necessity of using public-private partnerships in this project. This paper elaborated the transaction structure and income structure of public-private partnerships. Finally,combined with the present situation application of public-private partnerships in China,some operator proposing have been put forward.
