摘要
码头工程初步设计阶段影响工程造价的因素主要有:总平面布置、装卸工艺及结构设计方案。文章主要结合实例对沿海码头初步设计阶段的两个设计方案进行比较分析,使工程项目在符合规范、保证质量的前提下,通过结构优化,实现成本控制。
The major factors that affect construction cost in preliminary stage wharf design are general layout,loading and unloading technics and structure design scheme. This paper mainly compares and analyzes two preliminary stage costal wharf design scheme to find the way to achieve cost control by structure optimizing on the premise of conformance to specifications and quality guarantee.
