摘要
癫痫是多种原因导致的脑部神经元高度同步化异常放电的临床综合征。以发作性、短暂性、重复性和刻板性为临床特征。临床上非痫性发作性(non-epileptic seizures NES)疾病亦有发作性和重复性的特点,其可以是由心理因素或其他疾病所致,而非脑电紊乱引起的脑部功能异常所致。癫痫与非痫性发作性疾病在诊断时有时难以鉴别,长程视频脑电监测(long-term video-EEG monitoring,LTM)是目前鉴别癫痫和非痫性发作性疾病的最可靠的辅助检查方法之一。本文对目前国内外就LTM在癫痫与NES疾病中应用的研究进展进行综述。
Epilepsy is a clinical syndrome induced by abnormal discharge of high synchronization of neurons in the brain. Epilepsy seizures have the clinical features of the paroxysmal,transient,repeatability and consistency. Non-epileptic seizures disease also have the characteristics of the paroxysmal and repeatability.It can be caused by the psychological factors and other diseases,rather than brain dysfunction. Sometimes epileptic seizures are difficult to identify from non-epileptic seizures;long-term video-EEG monitoring is the most reliable auxiliary examination to identify epileptic seizures and non-epileptic seizures. In this paper,research progress on application of long-term video-EEG monitoring in epileptic seizures and non-epileptic seizures at home and abroad were summarized
