摘要
通过实验室试验,对牙买加赤泥分别进行了直接还原-磁选和磁化焙烧-磁选两种工艺方案的提铁实验研究。试验结果表明:采用磁化焙烧-磁选工艺方案,最终得到的铁精矿品位最高为31.84%,铁回收率最高57.46%;采用直接还原-磁选工艺方案,最终得到的金属化铁粉的铁品位最高34.62%,金属化率42.20%,铁回收率最高65.04%。
For the red mud of Jamaica, the experimental study for two kinds iron extracting process of direct reduction--magnetic separation and magnetic roasting--magnetic separation are made. The results show that the highest ery rate is up to 57.46% with the magnetic grade of iron concentrate is 31.84% and iron recov- roasting--magnetic separation process; the highest grade of metallization iron is 34.62% and the metallization rate is 42.20% and iron recovery rate is up to 65.04% with the direct reduction magnetic separation process.
