SUS410不锈钢在矿浆水中的腐蚀行为研究

摘要 采用浸泡法和电化学技术测定SUS410不锈钢在矿浆水中的腐蚀行为,观察不同浸泡时长下的表面腐蚀形貌,并分析其腐蚀机制。结果表明:SUS410不锈钢的钢腐蚀可分为两个阶段:点蚀主导期、点蚀-均匀腐蚀过渡期,腐蚀48h以内为点腐蚀主导期,腐蚀速率和腐蚀倾向逐渐增大,腐蚀48h以后逐渐进入点蚀-均匀腐蚀过渡期,腐蚀速率约为3.0×10^(-5)A/cm^2;腐蚀产物分内外两层,内层腐蚀产物为铁氧化物和少量三氧化二铬,外层腐蚀产物主要为铁氧化物、三氧化二铬和少量的碳酸钙类,腐蚀产物疏松,易脱落。 Corrosion behavior of SUS410stainless steel in pulp water was studied with im- mersion and electrochemical technique to observe the corrosion behavior of the surface under different immersion time and analyze the corrosion mechanism. The results showed that SUS410stainless steel corrosion can be divided into two stages: pitting corrosion-dominated stage and pitting-uniform corrosion transition period. Pitting corrosion is dominant within48 hours, corrosion rate and tendency increase gradually. It is the pitting- uniform corrosion transition pe- riod after 48 hours and the corrosion rate is about 3.0 × 10^-5A / cm2; The corrosion film are di- vided into two layers: the inner corrosion film is iron oxide and small amount of Cr2O3. The outer layer of corrosion film is mainly iron oxide, chromium oxide with a small amount of calcium car- bonate and the corrosion film is loose and easy to fall
