高炉主沟浇注料的循环利用研究

摘要 为继续降低高炉渣铁沟耐材维护原料成本,充分利用回收主沟浇注料用后耐材,通过对去除假颗粒工艺流程进行改进,提高拣选、筛分的效率及原料纯净度,并通过对骨料颗粒级配的调整,大幅添加主沟浇注料用后耐材生产渣沟浇注料。经过试验检测和现场实践与原渣沟浇注料在中、小型高炉渣沟上进行对比分析,在使用效果没有明显下降的情况下,使原料成本进一步降低,取得良好的经济效益与社会效益。 In order to reduce the cost of raw materials for maintenance of blast furnace and make full use of the recovery refractory, by improving the process of removing fake particles to improve the efficiency of sorting, screening and the purity of raw material and adjusting aggre- gate granule gradation, the refractory after using was significantly added to produce the castable of slag runner. After test and practice and compared with the original slag castable in the slag runner of medium and small blast furnace, the cost of raw materials was further reduced in case the effect is not significantly reduced.
