通过分析酒钢焦化厂HPF法脱除煤气中硫化氢效率偏低的原因,根据HPF法工艺特点及生产实际运行情况,针对存在的问题提出相应的对策及措施,从而使焦化厂出厂煤气硫化氢指标合格。

Based on the characteristics and actual operation of HPF process, the corre- sponding countermeasures were put forward to by analyzing the reason of low H^S removal effi- ciency in gas, so as to get the qualified H2S content in coking oven gas.
