摘要
本文针对老龄焦炉炉体窜漏严重、烟囱间断性冒烟、焦炭质量下降等问题,通过对焦炉加热制度、炉体状况、烟囱冒烟状况、炭化室底部压力等工艺参数进行分析研究,总结制定出符合老龄焦炉炉体状况的集气管压力控制要求。
Aiming at the problems of serious leakage of aging coke oven, chimney smoking intermittently and the coke quality reduction, the paper analyzed and studied the process param- eters of the heating system of coke oven, oven body condition, chimney smoking condition, bot- tom pressure of coking chamber and so on, summarized and developed the pressure control re- quirements of gas collector for the aged coke oven condition.
