摘要
本文从指导实际生产的角度,分析并总结出大型支承辊堆焊修复过程中的温度控制装置及温度控制方法,通过组合式温控炉的优化设计以及履带式加热片的分区控制方法,解决堆焊修复过程中温度散失、焊接过程中阶段性退火不便以及堆焊后退火温度不均匀的问题,使整个堆焊修复作业过程温度控制更加均匀、稳定,保证大型支承辊焊接质量及工作层硬度,大大延长了大型支承辊的使用周期。
From the perspective of guiding the practical production, the paper analyzed and summed up temperature control and temperature control method in the welding repair process of large backup roll, and through the combined temperature control furnace optimization design and the zone control method of crawler type heating piece, solved the problems of temperature loss and periodic annealing inconvenience during welding repair and uniform annealing temperature after welding deposit, thus temperature control is more uniform and stable in the whole welding repair process, ensuring the large backup roll welding quality and working layer hardness and greatly prolonging the lifetime.
