中西医结合治疗顽固性膝关节创伤后积液效果观察

Effect of Combined Treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine on Intractable Traumatic Effusion of Knee Joint

目的 观察中西医结合治疗顽固性膝关节创伤后积液的临床效果.方法 选择2010—2015年新宾满族自治县人民医院收治的顽固性膝关节创伤后积液患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组各50例.对照组采用关节腔冲洗加玻璃酸钠注射治疗,观察组在其基础上采用中药外敷,两组均治疗4周.结果 观察组优良率为80.0%,对照组优良率为60.0%,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.两组治疗前美国膝关节协会评分标准（AKSS）评分差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,治疗2周和4周后AKSS评分差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 中西医结合治疗顽固性膝关节创伤后积液效果优于单纯西医治疗,值得推广应用.

Objective To study the effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on intractable traumatic effusion of knee joint. Methods One hundred cases of patients with intractable traumatic effusion of knee joint in Xinbin Manchu Autonomous County People＇s Hospital from 2010 to 2015 were selected. The patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with intra-articular lavage plus sodium hyaluronate injection treatment, while the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the treatment of control group, and the two groups were treated for 4 weeks. Result The excellent rates of the observation group and the control group were 80.0% and 60.0% respectively, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. There was no significant difference in AKSS score between the two groups before treatment （P〉0.05）. The differences in AKSS scores of 2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment between two groups were statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Treatment of traumatic knee joint effusion with traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine is better than pure western medicine treatment. It is worthy of popularization and application.
