男性勃起功能障碍合并慢性前列腺炎的治疗探讨

Study on the Treatment of Erectile Dysfunction Combined with Chronic Prostatitis

目的 观察复方玄驹胶囊对男性勃起功能障碍合并无菌性慢性前列腺炎的治疗效果,并探讨慢性前列腺炎对勃起功能的影响.方法 收集2014-2016年湛江市妇幼保健院男科门诊收治的男性勃起功能障碍合并Ⅲ型或者Ⅳ型慢性前列腺炎的患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例.对照组采用α受体拮抗剂、植物制剂等进行治疗,观察组在此基础上加用复方玄驹胶囊,比较两组患者的治疗效果,并对慢性前列腺炎症状与勃起功能进行相关性分析.结果 两组患者治疗前IIEF-5评分、NIH-CPSI评分及卵磷脂小体差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,而治疗后差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.相关性分析显示,IIEF-5和NIH-CPSI评分呈负相关关系（r=-0.729,P〈0.05）.结论 复方玄驹胶囊可有效治疗男性勃起功能障碍合并无菌性慢性前列腺炎,并通过改善前列腺炎来提高患者的性功能.

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Compound Xuanju Capsule on erectile dysfunction combined with aseptic chronic prostatitis and explore the influence of chronic prostatitis on erectile function. Methods Sixty cases of patients with erectile dysfunction combined with type III or type IV chronic prostatitis in male outpatient department in Zhanjiang Maternity and Child Healthcare Hospital from 2014 to 2016 were collected. The patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 30 cases in each group. The control group received the treatment with ct receptor antagonist, plant preparations and etc., while the observation group was given Compound Xuanju Capsule additionally. The clinical effects of two groups were compared and related analysis of symptoms of prostatitis and erectile function was conducted. Result There were no significant differences of IIEF-5 score, NIH-CPSI score and lecithin bodies between the two groups before treatment （P 〉 0.05）, while the differences of IIEF-5 score, NIH-CPSI score and lecithin bodies between the two groups after treatment were of statistical significance （P〈 0.05）. Correlation analysis showed that there was a negative correlation between the IIEF-5 and NIH-CPSI score （r = -0.729,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compound Xuanju Capsule can effectively treat erectile dysfunction combined with aseptic chronic prostatitis and improve sexual function of patients by improving prostatitis.
