摘要
目的 :探讨使用米曲菌胰酶片治疗消化不良的效果。方法 :选取S地区7个不同临床中心收治的2134例消化不良患者作为研究对象。为所有患者均使用安慰剂治疗一个星期。然后选取临床症状积分降低50%以下的100例患者分为一组和二组。一组患者进入A流程进行治疗,二组患者进入B流程进行治疗。然后比较两组患者在不同时间的临床症状积分。结果 :在治疗的第1天及第8天,两组患者的临床症状积分相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在治疗的第22天及第29天,一组患者的临床症状积分低于二组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在治疗的第43天,二组患者的临床症状积分低于一组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :使用米曲菌胰酶片治疗消化不良可有效地改善患者的临床症状,且安全性较高。
Objective To explore the effect of using mycobacterial trypsin in the treatment of indigestion. Methods 2134 patients with dyspeptic dyspepsia in seven different clinical centers in S region were studied. All patients were treated with placebo for one week. Then the clinical symptom reduction was reduced by 50% of the 100 patients divided into two groups（group one and group two）. Group one were treated in A process, and group two were treated in the B process. Then compare the clinical symptoms of two groups of patients at different times. Results There was no statistically significant difference in clinical symptom scores between the two groups of patients on day 1 and day 8 （P〉 0.05）. In the 22nd and 29th days of the treatment, the clinical symptomscores of group one of patients were lower than those in the group two （P 〈 0.05）. In the 43rd day of treatment, the clinical symptoms of group two were less than one group of patients（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The use of mycobactcrial trypsin in the treatment of indigestion can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and the safety is high.
