对行胸、腹腔镜联合手术后的食管癌患者实施综合护理的效果探析 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :探讨对进行胸、腹腔镜联合手术后的食管癌患者实施综合护理对预防其发生术后并发症的临床效果。方法 :对2012年4月至2016年8月期间在合肥市第二人民医院进行胸、腹腔镜联合手术的64例食管癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究。随机将这64例患者分为甲组和乙组,每组各有32例患者。术后,对甲组患者进行常规护理,对乙组患者在进行常规护理的基础上实施综合护理,然后比较两组患者并发症的发生率和生活质量的评分。结果:与甲组患者相比,乙组患者术后并发症的发生率更低、生活质量的评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对进行胸、腹腔镜联合手术后的食管癌患者实施综合护理,能降低其术后并发症的发生率,提高其生活质量。
