建筑业从业人员工作倦怠研究综述

Review on Job Burnout of Construction Professionals

建筑业从业人员是工作倦怠的高发人群而相关研究较少。通过文献综述的方法,结合建筑业特点对工作倦怠的定义、测量方法、理论模型以及实证研究进展进行了梳理和分析,为未来相关研究奠定基础。研究认为有必要针对建筑业从业人员工作特点对其工作倦怠的定义进行重新厘定,并基于MBI-GS量表开发反映职业特征的工作倦怠测量工具,从而进一步基于JD-R模型构建系统的工作倦怠分析框架,结合中国建筑业实际情况对不同类型的从业人员开展具体深入的研究分析,最终为解决中国建筑业从业人员工作倦怠问题提供有效地指导。

Construction Professionals （CPs） are high-risk groups of job burnout, while few researches were focused on this issue. Based on the characteristics of construction industry, this research summarized and analyzed related job burnout researches through literature review in four aspects： the definition, measurement methods, theoretical models and empirical studies of job burnout. The results show that it is necessary to redefine the job burnout of CPs according to their job characteristics and develop an occupation-oriented job burnout scale based on MBI-GS. Further researches could be put forward to construct the job burnout analysis framework based on JD-R model for CPs. In addition, further empirical studies should be carried out to reveal the job burnout of different types of CPs and provide effective guidance to address this issue combining with the characteristics of China＇s construction industry.
