摘要 招投标环节中,BIM技术在招标清单编制、投标方案可视化模拟等方面具有广阔的应用前景,但受制于成本投资和管理维护等问题,推广应用受到很大阻碍。通过租赁云服务厂商组建的公有"BIM云"来获取BIM能力,并根据自身需求而弹性扩容,以降低BIM技术应用门槛。在此基础上,从BIM云的组建出发,对工程量精准计算、施工仿真模拟、资源优化等应用细节进行解读,提供应用范例。利用某工程实际验证其应用价值,并指出应用过程中存在的问题,为进一步研究奠定基础。研究表明,BIM与云计算的集成应用将极大提升承包商的竞标优势,为企业扩大市场份额提供思路参考。 In the bidding process, BIM technology has broad application prospects in the preparation of bidding documents scheme simulation. Subject to the cost of the investment and management maintenance, the application is greatly hampered. The contractors can obtain BIM capabilities through leasing the public "BIM Cloud" which constructed by professional cloud service provider, and expand their capacity flexibly according to their needs. In this way, the threshold of application of BIM technology has been lowered. On this basis, the article starts from the formation of BIM cloud, and presents a detail explanation to the precise calculation of the quantity of the project, construction simulation, resource optimization and other applications, to provide application examples. The application value is verified by a certain project, and the problems existing in the application process are presented, which lays a foundation for further research. Research shows that the integration of BIM and cloud computing applications will greatly enhance the competitive advantage of the contractor, and provide ideas for enterprises to expand market share reference.
