摘要
为解决建筑施工企业对资源的高效使用问题,结合建设工程项目的资源来源多样性、资源约束非刚性等特点,在柔性理论的基础上,提出了建设工程柔性分类体系;指出了资源柔性矢量能够用时间、范围和强度3个维度的矢量加以描述,建立了工程进度网络的资源柔性度量三维模型,并从资源柔性的范围和强度属性两个方面探讨了人力、机械和材料等建设工程常用资源的柔性度量方法。研究表明:在进行进度网络资源柔性表述和计量时,基于柔性的三维矢量描述概念模型,不但可以将资源柔性方便地划分为3个矢量方向分别研究和计量,还可以用矢量模来度量资源柔性,对于比较进度网络不同时刻的资源柔性大小、进度网络优化过程所带来的柔性变化等问题具有实际应用价值。
To solve the problem of construction enterprises' efficient use of resources, combined with construction projects' features of resources' diversified source and non-rigid constraint as well as based on the theory of flexibility, this paper puts forward flexible classification system of construction projects. It indicates that resource flexibility vectors can be taken into description by three dimension vectors-time, extension and intensity, establishes three-dimensional model of resource flexibility measurement of projects' schedule network, and discusses normal methods of resource flexibility measurement in construction projects like human, machine and materials, etc. on the extension and intensity aspects of resource flexibility. Research shows that: during the process of expression and measurement on the schedule network resource flexibility, 3-D vectors conceptual model based on flexibility can not only make resource flexibility conveniently divided into three vectors for the sake of research and measurement respectively, but also can use the vector norm to measure resource flexibility, which has practical application value in problems such as comparing resource flexibility size at different time of schedule network, flexibility changes brought by schedule network optimization process and so on.
