摘要 我国建筑行业正处在一个快速发展的阶段,工程项目的规模在不断地扩大。但是我国安全管理处在一个较低的水平,而且由于建筑工程复杂的施工工艺以及现场施工环境的复杂多变等,导致建筑施工事故频繁发生,建筑施工安全管理问题已经成为了不可忽视的研究课题。在系统介绍施工安全管理基本理论和研究方法的基础上,结合实际案例,利用故障树分析法对项目在安全管理过程中存在的问题进行了总结和分析,针对存在的安全管理问题,提出对策和建议,以提升该项目的安全管理水平,为我国施工安全管理提供了方法。 The construction industry of our country is in a stage of rapid development, the scale of the project is expanding constantly. But the lower level of safety management of our country and the complexity of the construction industry, the construction accident rate has been stubbornly high. Therefore, construction safety management has become the research topic that cannot be ignored. The basic theory and research methods of construction safety management are introduced in this paper, and combined with the actual case, the problem of the project in the process of safety management is summarized and analyzed by using the fault tree analysis method.. Through the usage of fault tree analysis method, the existing problems in the process of safety management are summarized and analyzed. Then in view of the problems, corresponding measures, suggestions and solutions are presented to improve safety management level of the project.
