我国住宅产业化标准体系构建研究

Standard System of Housing Industrialization in China

为解决我国住宅产业化标准战略不明晰、标准工作滞后的问题,通过对住宅产业化的内涵进行剖析,总结住宅产业化的内容,在此基础上借鉴国外住宅产业化标准体系及我国工程建设标准体系分类方法,提出涵盖住宅产业化内容的建筑设计类标准、部品部件类标准、施工技术类标准、信息技术应用类标准及工业化住宅评价标准六大标准模块,构建住宅产业化标准体系框图。并提出编制标准体系表、建立标准信息库、加强关键技术研究、制定企业激励政策等建议,推进住宅产业化标准体系的建设。

In order to solve the problem of strategic ambiguity and lagging problems of housing industrialization standard, connotations of housing industrialization process is analyzed. A standard system covering all contents of housing industrialization process is built based on the classification method of foreign country＇s housing industrialization standard system and our country＇s building and construction standard system, which including six sub-systems, namely, design standards, house＇s parts standards, construction quality and safety standards, building strengthening and maintenance standards, industrialization evaluation standards, information technology application standards. Lastly, four suggestions to promote the construction of the standard system are put forward including establishment of standard system table, establishment of standard information database, reinforcement of key technology research, development of enterprise incentive policy.
