摘要
根据工程项目经理胜任力评价指标,运用主成分分析法和层次分析法相结合的数学方法对工程项目经理的胜任力进行合理公正的评价。首先运用主成分分析法筛选重要指标,再运用层次分析法对工程项目经理进行定量与定性相结合的评价,并对评价结果按照得分高低进行排序,从而完成对工程项目经理的评价,并结合实例证明该方法有效、可靠,对指导实际问题具有一定的意义。
According to the competency evaluation of the engineering project managers, the principal component analysis and analytic hierarchy process are used to conduct a reasonable and impartial competency evaluation of the engineering project managers. Firstly, the principal component analysis is used to select the important indexes. Secondly, the analytic hierarchy process is used to get a quantitative and qualitative evaluation of the engineering project managers. Meanwhile, rank the engineering project managers according to the scores, then the quantitative evaluation of the engineering project managers is completed. At the same time, an example is given to illustrate the application of this method. The example shows that the method is effective and reliable, and has some significances for guiding practical problem solutions.
