大承气汤保留灌肠对妇科术后肛门排气及胃肠功能的影响

Effects of anal exhaust and gastrointestinal function after gynecological surgery treated by Dachengqi decoction enema

目的探讨大承气汤保留灌肠对妇科术后肛门排气及胃肠功能的影响,以期提高疗效。方法选取2016年1月-2016年10月136例妇科手术患者为研究对象,分成2组,对照组68例,予常规西医方法治疗,观察组68例,加用大承气汤保留灌肠,观察治疗后对肛门排气和胃肠功能的影响。结果观察组治愈率和总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);肠鸣音评分,对照组1分比率显著低于观察组,3分比率显著高于观察组(P<0.05);2组治疗后DAO、TNF-α、IL-6、CRP较治疗前均显著下降,治疗前后比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组治疗后DAO、TNF-α、IL-6、CRP较对照组治疗后下降更加显著,2组治疗后比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间、排便时间、饮食恢复时间、住院天数上显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论大承气汤保留灌肠对妇科术后肛门排气及胃肠功能恢复有协同作用,能提高疗效。

Objective To investigateDachengqi decoction enema gastrointestinal flatus and impact of gastrointestinal function, in order to improve the outcome.Methods June 2016 to June 2016136 cases of gastrointestinal surgery patients for the study, divided into two groups, a control group of 68 patients treated with conventional western medicine method of treatment, observation group of 68 patients, plusDachengqi decoction enema observed after treatment of flatus and impact of gastrointestinal function.Results The cure rate and the total effective rate was significantly higher （P〈0.05）; Bowel sounds scores one point ratio in the control group was significantly lower than the observation group, three points ratio was significantly higher than in the observation group （P〈0.05）; After treatment, DAO, TNF-α, IL-6, CRP before treatment were significantly decreased after treatment difference was significant （P〈0.05）, the observation group after treatment DAO, TNF-α, IL-6, CRP compared the control group after treatment decreased more significantly after treatment difference after a significant （P〈0.05）; The observation group bowel sounds recovery time, flatus, defecation, diet recovery time was significantly shorter on the number of hospital days in the control group （P〈0.05）.ConclusionDachengqi decoction enema gastrointestinal anal exhaust recovery of gastrointestinal function and have a synergistic effect, can improve the outcome.
