长春市预防接种后4例婴儿死亡病例分析

Analysis of deaths of four infants after vaccination in Changchun City,Jilin Province,China

目的分析婴儿接种疫苗后死亡原因及其与疫苗的相关性,为减少偶合症及预防接种安全提供参考。方法收集长春市2010年1月至2016年12月4例因注射疫苗后死亡的预防接种异常反应专家组诊断资料,对注射疫苗后死亡的婴儿的接种、死亡情况及尸体解剖报告进行综合分析。结果 4例死亡病例中,2例属于偶合症,诊断为间质性肺炎;2例为预防接种异常反应,由过敏性休克导致死亡。结论偶合症是预防接种后死亡比较常见的类型,及时进行尸体解剖有利于准确判断接种后死亡病因,也有助于解决此类纠纷。

Objective To analyze the cause of deaths of infants after vaccination as well as the relationship between the deaths and vaccines, and provide a reference for safe vaccination and decreasing the coincidence. Methods The data on deaths of infants after vaccination from January 2010 to December 2016 were collected, and the vaccination, death and autopsy report were analyzed. Results Of the four cases of death, 2 were due to interstitial pneumonia as a coincidence,and the other 2 were due to anaphylactic shock as adverse reactions. Conclusion Coincidence was a major cause of death after vaccination. Autopsy was beneficial to accurate judgment of cause of death, and was helpful to resolving the relevant disputes.
