肠道病毒-D68的研究进展

Progress in research on enterovirus-D68

肠道病毒(enterovirus,EV)-D68可引起呼吸道系统感染,严重者会诱发肺炎及脑脊髓炎而死亡。自1962年首次报道以来,EV-D68已在全球范围内流行。2002年,中国也有感染病例出现。2014年,EV-D68在加拿大及美国等地发生大规模流行,给全球公共卫生带来重大威胁。本文对EV-D68的相关研究进展作一综述。

Enterovirus（EV）-D68 may cause acute respiratory infections, even lead to death from pneumonia or encephalomyelitis. EV-D68 was reported at first in 1962, which has been prevalent across the world. In 2002, EV-D68 infection appeared in China. The widespread outbreaks of EV-D68 infection occurred in US and Canada in 2014, which constituted a threat to the public health. This paper reviews the progress in research on EV-D68.
