摘要
西部地区某煤矿副斜井暗槽黄土段施工时,发生冒顶事故。采取壁后充填注浆、冒顶区注浆充填和加固等措施进行处理。通过优化支护方式及其工艺参数,采用管棚+钢拱架+挂网+喷射混凝土+素混凝土井壁联合支护方式,安全顺利地通过冒顶区,转入正常段掘进。
When the dark trough loess section of the vice inclined shaft of a mine in western China was constructing, a roof falling accident occurred. Backfill grouting, grouting backfilling and reinforcing of the roof falling area and other technologies were taken to handle the accident. Through optimizing support method and its process parameters, the roof falling area was safely and smoothly gone through and switched into normal section driving by adopting the joint support method of "pipe shed +steel arch +mesh + sprayed concrete +plain concrete shaft wall".
