摘要
随着进水水质复杂的变化和处理难度的增加,对污水处理环节中的平稳输送提出了更高的要求。进水泵是污水厂的主力运行设备,进水泵房区域是污水处理厂的重要环节之一。论文以上海竹园第二污水厂为例,对进水泵房区域日常运行中碰到的问题进行分析,重点对该区域内进水泵、冷却水、自控系统、电缆沟防汛报警系统等处进行优化改造,并将模糊免疫PID控制的算法应用于汛期进水泵和出水泵联动的控制程序中,保证了污水处理的稳定运行和出水水质的达标排放,消除了隐患,提高了生产效率。
With the complex change of the inflow water quality and the increase of processing difficulty, the higher requirements for the smooth transportation of the wastewater treatment process are put forward. The pump is the main equipment of the sewage treatment plant, the inlet pumping station is one of the important parts in the wastewater treatment plant. This paper takes Shanghai Zhuyuan Second Wastewater Treatment Plant as an example to analyze operation issues encountered in regional water pumping stations. It is focusing on the optimization and transformation of the water pump, cooling water, automatic control system, alarm system for flood of cable channel in this area, and the fuzzy PID control algorithm is applied to the program of controlling the interaction of intake water pump and discharge water pump. It ensures stable operation of the sewage treatment and water quality standards, eliminates the hidden trouble, improves the production efficiency.
