从建设单位项目管理者的角度,详细分析了工程建设项目收尾阶段的特点,从竣工验收、工程结算、工程接管、处理纠纷等方面论述了收尾阶段的主要工作以及存在的问题,并提出了针对性的措施建议。
This article from the perspective of project management in the construction unit, analyzes the construction project character at the final stage in detail, and discusses the main work and existing problems from the final acceptance, project completion and engineering taking over, handling disputes over, and puts forward some targeted measures and suggestions.
