In the construction site of highway engineering, management is the key content of the whole construction management process.The effect of site management has a direct impact on the quality and schedule of the project. Therefore, in the construction process of engineering project, we must strengthen the construction site management, monitor each link of construction, to improve the construction quality, achieve the rapid completion of highway construction projects, and ensure the profit of the enterprise. This paper expounds the main function of the highway engineering construction site management, summarizes the main problems, and puts forward some countermeasures for these problems, hoping to provide reference to related engineering.
