摘要
参照土地综合整治流程及数据特征,在Android平台上利用JAVA语言和组件式GIS开发方式,开发了土地整治核查系统(平板电脑),通过与GPS定位技术、GIS技术相结合,以卫星GPS定位设备为载体,辅助土地核查项目现场踏勘、核查及督导。系统的将影像数据、竣工数据、规划数据、现状数据进行整合,通过GPS定位、照片影音采集对现场情况进行记录,通过对现场记录信息的汇总和统计不仅能实现用地数据及时、准确地更新与维护,保证数据的现势性与准确性,而且能够通过对数据的空间分析、辅助土地综合整治规划和监管的进行,使土地管理业务更加规范化、流程化,为土地的高效管理提供技术支撑。
In this paper, we use JAVA language and component GIS to develop the land regulation verification system(Tablet PC)on the platform of Android in the light of the land comprehensive improvement process and data characteristics. Through GPS positioning technology and GIS technology, as the carrier, auxiliary land verification project site reconnaissance, verification and supervision. The system integrates the image data, the completion data, the planning data, the current status data, records the situation through the GPS positioning and photo video and audio collection, and realizes the timely and accurate updating and maintenance of the land use data. To ensure the current situation of the data and accuracy, but also through spatial analysis of data to assist the comprehensive planning and regulation of land, the land management business more standardized, the process for the efficient management of land to provide technical support.
