中核集团在"十三五"规划中提出了"走出去"的战略具体目标,但规划目标的落地需要具体的实施策略。就此提出了一些实施策略建议,包括建立完善"走出去"市场开发组织体系,调整市场开发策略,探索多种项目合作模式,加大政策公关力度,获取更多政策支持,创新市场开发激励机制等。
In its 13th Five-Year Plan, the CNNC put forward specific strategic goal of "going out" However, specific implementation measures are needed for achieving the planned target. This paper puts forward some suggestions including the incentive mechanism for innovation market development, establishment and improvement for the "going out" market development organization system, adjustment of the market development strategy, exploration of various cooperation modes, and getting more policy support.
