摘要 混凝土是构成核电站厂房主体结构的重要组成部分,其质量对防止放射性物质外泄及抵御外来灾害,对电站长期安全可靠运行具有十分重要的意义。考虑到当前最新的技术发展方向——互联网+,特此提出基于信息物理系统(CPS)的核电混凝土搅拌站智能管控模式,并在质量保证体系、生产作业流程和材料进场等环节进行应用。智能管控模式的成功应用,必将大大提高核电混凝土搅拌站运行管理的安全性和高效性。 According to the mid- and long-term nuclear power development program, the nuclear installed capacity under construction will reach 30 GWe in China by 2020. In the future, 6 units will be commenced annually on an average. Safe and efficient development of nuclear power has important strategic significance. Concrete is an important part of the main structure of nuclear power plant, and its quality is very important to prevent the leakage of radioactive materials and to resist external disasters, so it has an important bearing for the long-term safety and reliable operation of nuclear power plant. Considering the new direction of technology development-Internet+ , based on Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS) , the intelligent control mode of nuclear power concrete mixing station is proposed, which has been applied in the quality assurance system, production process, and material entrance, etc. The successful application of the mode will greatly improve the safety and efficiency of the operation and management for nuclear power concrete mixing station.
