摘要
首先对应急物资联合储备和管理的应用场景、数据特征、数据范围和物资分类等核心问题进行了分析,然后讨论了系统的技术方案,确定了系统的架构、功能。提出了建立一套核电厂应急物资联合储备管理系统的方案,且在实践中得到了验证。
Emergency support is very important for preventing or slowing down a severe nuclear accident. The process of emergency support relies on the emergency material reserves. In order to improve the management capacity and efficiency of emergency materials, it is important to establish a joint reserve and management system for emergency materials without delay. The core issues such as application scenarios, data characteristics, data range and material classification are analyzed in this paper firstly. Then the system architecture, functions and key technologies are discussed in depth. Finally, conclusions are proposed that the solution for system discussed in the paper is effective and has been verified in practice. It is valuable for further promotion and study.
