Cerebral small vessel disease and cognitive impairment

脑小血管病(cerebral small vessel disease,CSVD)是常见的与年龄相关的血管性疾病。CSVD与认知功能减退有关,但目前对CSVD发病机制及其如何对认知功能产生影响研究结果尚未明确。本文旨在介绍CSVD的影像学特点,并对已有的关于CSVD及相关认知功能障碍的发病机制与临床治疗研究进行部分回顾。

Cerebral small vessel disease（CSVD）is a common vascular disease associated with aging. CSVD contributes to cognitive decline although the pathogenesis of CSVD and how it affects cognition is largely unknown. Here we introduce the imaging features of CSVD and review the pathogenesis and clinical treatment of CSVD and related cognitive dysfunction.
