摘要
精准医学是生物医学信息与大数据科学交叉发展起来的新医学概念和医学模式。精准医学应用现代遗传技术、分子影像技术、生物信息技术,结合患者生活环境和临床数据,实现精准疾病分类及诊断,制定具有个性化的疾病预防和治疗方案。帕金森病作为一种复杂的,表型多样、遗传异质性大,环境与遗传因素共同作用的神经变性疾病,因此针对帕金森病患者的个体化治疗尤为重要。本文结合近期的研究成果与学者观点,阐述通过精准医学对帕金森病的研究提供新的治疗思路和方法。
Precision medicine is the new medicine concept and medical model,emerging from the combination of biomedical informatics and big data science. Genetics,molecular imaging,bioinformatics and management provide tools to realize the idea of precision medicine. The goal of precision medicine is to deliver optimally targeted and timed interventions tailored to an individual's molecular drivers of disease. Parkinson's disease,the second most common neurodegenerative disease,is characterized by complex,phenotypic diversity and genetic heterogeneity,interaction of environmental and genetic factors,therefore,individualized treatment in Parkinson's disease is very important. In the current work,by integrating data reported in recent literature,we described the current practice of precision medicine in Parkinson's disease,especially in precision treatment.
