摘要
Tfh细胞是最近发现的第5个CD4^+Th细胞新亚群,主要定位于淋巴滤泡中,是T-B细胞相互作用的桥梁,主要在调节B淋巴细胞增殖、浆细胞分化及抗体类别转换等方面发挥作用。以上功能的实现与转录因子Bcl-6、细胞因子IL-21、趋化因子受体CXCR5、共刺激分子ICOS与CD40L及共抑制分子PD-1等密切相关。近年来研究发现Tfh细胞功能的失调在自身免疫性疾病、感染、免疫缺陷病等疾病中发挥重要作用,本文就Tfh细胞的生物学特性及其在慢性肝病中的作用进行综述。
Follicular helper T cells(Tfh) is recently defined as new subpopulations of CD4~ lymphocytes,which is mainly engaged in lymphoid follicles. Tfh cell is the bridge of the interaction of T-B cells,which plays an important role in regulating B lymphocyte pro- liferation, differentiation of plasma cells and antibody class switching. The realization of the above functions are closely related to tran- scription factors (B-cell lymphoma 6), cytokines (interleukin-21 ), chemokine receptor (CXCR5), costimulatory molecules (ICOS and CD40L) and co-inhibitory molecular(PD-1). Studies of recent years discovered that the functional disturbances of Tfh plays an im- po/-tant role in autoimmunity diseases, infection and immune deficiency diseases. The biological characteristics of Tfh and the role of Tfh in the chronic liver disease were described in this review.
