《伤寒论》对针刺期门的运用

The Application of Acupuncture into Qimen in Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases

肝乘脾证本在肝,标在脾,仲景取肝之募穴期门以泻肝气,肝气平则脾气不被过于克制,从而腹泻谵语自除,脉浮而肾自和,诸证可愈。肝乘肺证为木旺而侮金,导致肺主皮毛功能失司,在病欲解而卡解时,刺肝之募穴期门,以泻肝气,则诸证必解。太阳与少阳并病,当用刺法,两经同治,针肝之募穴期门,以泻肝经郁热,火清则谵语自止。太阳病热入血室取期门为阳病治阴之意,针刺期门引阳而云,以泻冲脉血室之热。阳明病热入血室为血脉空虚热入血室,针刺期门泻血分之热,血分之热泻,正胜邪祛,气机通条,汗出而病愈。
