壮药三草黄逐水膏脐部敷贴治疗肝硬变腹水30例

Thirty Cases of Ascites Cirrhosis Treated with Zhuang Sancaohuang Zhushu Gao for Umbilical Application

目的:观察壮药三草黄逐水膏脐部敷贴治疗肝硬变腹水的疗效。方法:选取2014年6月-2015年1月广西中医药大学第一附属医院肝病内科及田东县中医医院脾胃科住院的肝硬变腹水患者60例,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组采用单纯西医基础治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用壮药三草黄逐水膏脐部敷贴治疗。结果:两组患者临床疗效比较,治疗组有效率86.7%,对照组有效率70.0%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后总胆红素、白蛋白、凝血酶原活动度均优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者中医证候疗效比较,治疗组有效率93.3%,对照组有效率80.0%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:壮药三草黄逐水膏脐部敷贴治疗肝硬变腹水疗效显著。

Objective ：To observe the clinical curative effect of Zhuang Sancaohuang Zhushu Gao（SCHZSG） for umbilical applica- tion on ascites cirrhosis. Methods：Sixty patients with ascites cirrhosis who were treated in Hepatology Department of The First Hospital Attached to Guangxi University of TCM. and Spleen-Stomach Department of Tiandong County Hospital between June 2014 and January 2015 were chosen as the research subjects, and divided into the treatment group and the control group aceurding to random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with simple western medicine, while the treatment group was treated with SCHZSG for umbilical application. Results：In terms of elinieal curative effect,the effective rate of treatment group was 86.7% ,while that of the control group was 70% ,aml the treatment group was better than the control group （P 〈0.05 ）. After the treatment, the total bilirubin, albumin, prothrombin activity were all better than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. In terms of TCM syndrome clinical curative effect, the effective rate of treatment group was 93.3 % , while that of the control group was 80% , and the treatment group was better than the control group（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ：SCHZSG for umbilical application has a remarkable clinical curative effect on ascites cirrhosis.
