Objective：To reveal the clinical application value of ＂ achieving balance by understanding features of a year＇s five movements and six pathogenic factors and avoiding natural laws＂ in Huangdi＇s Canon of Medicine. Methods：Connecting learning and understanding of ＂unity of human and nature＂ in Huangdi＇s Canon ofMed＆ine, connecting clinical cases of ＂achieving bal- ance by understanding features of a year＇s five movements and six pathogenic factors and avoiding natural laws＂ its clinical guid- ance and application value is proved. Results：＂ achieving balance by understanding features of a year＇s five movements and six pathogenic factors and avoiding natural laws＂ is the spiritual embodiment of ＂ corresponding between man and nature＂ , and ＂uni- ty of human and nature＂. So in clinical practice,＂ changes of qi must be carefully lest pathological changes be missed＂, and the doctor should guide and follow the disease tendency to receive a multiplier effect. Conclusion ： The admonition of ＂achieving bal- ance by understanding features of a year＇s five movements and six pathogenic factors and avoiding natural laws＂ has extremely high value of clinical application.
