夏春农清咽栀豉汤治疗急性咽炎33例

Thirty-Three Cases of Acute Pharyngitis Treated with Xia Chun-nong's Qingyan Zhichi Decoction

目的:观察夏春农清咽栀豉汤治疗急性咽炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年1—6月河南中医药大学第三附属医院国医堂门诊治疗的急性咽炎患者63例,随机分为治疗组33例和对照组30例。治疗组给予清咽栀豉汤治疗,对照组给予阿莫西林治疗。结果:治疗组治疗后症状积分优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组有效率为93.94%,对照组有效率为83.33%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:夏春农清咽栀豉汤治疗急性咽炎有较好疗效。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Xia Chun-nong＇s Qingyan Zhichi Decoction （QYZCD） on acute pharyngitis. Methods： Sixty-three patients with acute pharyngitis who were treated in GUO YI Tang outpatient department of The Third Hospital of Henan University of TCM between Jan. 2015 and June 2016 were chosen as the research subjects, and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 33 and 30 cases respectively in each group. The ones in the treatment group were treated with QYZCD, while the ones in the control group were treated with amoxiciUin. Results：After the treatment, The treatment group＇s symptoms＇ score was better than that of the control group （P 〈0.05）. The effective rate of the treatment group was 93.94%, while that of the control group was 83.33%, and the treatment group was better than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：Xia Chun-nong＇s QYZCD has a remarkable clinical curative effect on acute pharyngitis.
