清肝通窍汤联合声频共振治疗突发性聋42例

Forty-Two Cases of Sudden Deafness Treated with Qinggan Tongqiao Decoction in Combination with Acoustic Resonance

目的:观察清肝通窍汤联合声频共振治疗突发性聋的临床疗效。方法:选择本院2013年3月—2015年1月收治的突发性聋患者84例,按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各42例。对照组给予舒血宁联合声频共振治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用清肝通窍汤治疗。结果:观察组有效率为95.24%,对照组有效率为76.19%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后头痛眩晕、耳鸣、烦躁易怒、口苦咽干评分优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗1个疗程、2个疗程、4个疗程后血浆内皮素水平均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为4.76%,对照组不良反应发生率为7.12%,两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.672>0.05);观察组复发率为2.38%(1/42),对照组复发率为7.14%(3/42),两组复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.608>0.05)。结论:清肝通窍汤联合声频共振治疗突发性聋疗效显著,可有效改善患者内耳微循环及供血情况,缓解症状,降低血浆内皮素水平。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Qinggan Tongqiao Decoction （QGTQD） in combination with acoustic resonance on sudden deafness. Methods ： Eighty-four patients with sudden deafness who were treated in our hospital between March 2013 and Jan. 2015 were chosen as the research subjects ,and divided into the observation group and the control group,according to random number table method,with 42 cases in each group. The control group was given Shuxuening（SXN） combined with a- coustic resonance therapy,while the observation group was added QGTQD based on the treatment of the control group. Results： The effective rate of the observation group was 95.24% ,and that of the control group was 76.19% ,and the observation group was better than that of the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. After the treatment, the observation group＇s headache, dizziness, tinnitus, irritabil- ity,mouth and throat pain scores were better than those of the control group（P 〈0.05）. After 1 course of treatment,2 courses of treatment and 4 courses of treatment, the leve]s of endothelin in the observation group were all better than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.76%, while that of the control group was 7. 12%. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups （P = 0.672 〉 0.05 ）. The recurrence rate of the observation group was 2.38% （ 1/42 ） , while that t of the control group was 7.14% （3/42）. There was no significant difference in recurrence rate between the two groups （P = 0.608 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion：QGTQD in combination with acoustic resonance has a remarkable clinical curative effect on sudden deafness, can effectively improve the microcirculation and blood supply of the inner ear,relieve the symptoms and lower the level of blood endothelin in plasma.
