穴位埋线防治前交叉韧带重建术后股四头肌萎缩临床研究

The Clinical Research into Catgut Implantation at Acupoint in Preventing and Treating Atrophy of the Four Femoral Head After Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction

目的:观察穴位埋线防治前交叉韧带(anterior cruciate ligament,ACL)重建术后股四头肌萎缩的临床疗效。方法:选择2014年1月—2015年9月伊川县人民医院收治的病程在3个月以内的ACL断裂患者59例,随机分为治疗组30例和对照组29例。所有患者手术方式统一为关节镜下单隧道ACL重建,移植肌腱均为自体同侧半腱肌和股薄肌,手术均由同一医师完成。手术后,对照组给予单纯康复训练治疗,治疗组给予穴位埋线配合康复训练治疗。结果:治疗3个月、6个月后,治疗组Lysholm评分、大腿周径萎缩指数优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:穴位埋线配合康复训练能有效防治ACL重建术后股四头肌萎缩,改善膝关节功能。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of catgut implantation at acupoint on atrophy of the four femoral head after anterior cruciate ligament recnnstruction. Methods：Fifty-nine patients with anterior cruciate ligament （ACL） fracture within 3 months＇ course who were treated in our hospital between Jan. 2014 and Sept. 2015 were chosen as the research subjects, and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 30 and 29 cases respectively in each group. All the patients were treated with arthroscopic single tunnel ACL reconstruction. The grits were all autologous ipsilateral semitendinosus and gra- cilis,and the operations were performed by the same surgeon. After the operation, the control group received only rehabilitatinn training,while the treatment group was treated with catgut implantation at acupoint and rehabilitation training together. Results：Af- ter treatment for 3 months and 6 months respectively, the Lysholm score and the circumference contraction index of the treatment group were better than those of the control grnup （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： catgul implantation at acupoint in combination with re- habilitation exercise can effectively prevent the atrophy of the four femoral head and improve the function of knee joint alter ACL reconstruction.
