摘要
为了使振弦传感器监测装置实现简化现场布线、直接输出被测物理量,设计了一种基于单片机和CAN总线的振弦传感器监测装置。文章介绍了总线式振弦传感器监测装置设计的实际意义。根据工程实际,设计了监测装置的总体结构。通过查阅文献掌握了振弦传感器的工作原理和CAN总线多节点通信的方法。设计了CAN总线节点收发硬件电路并给出了总线式振弦传感器监测装置的程序流程图。最后给出了设计的总线式监测装置的实验效果图。总线式振弦传感器监测装置将振弦式传感器、单片机以及CAN总线结合在一起,提高了测量频度、简化了现场布线。用于具有测量频度高、测量距离远等特点的多种振弦传感器监测的工业领域。
In order to make the device of vibrating wire sensor to simplify the wiring in some industry fields, and the physical quantity is output directly. It gives the practical significance of design of monitoring device for bus - type vibrating wire sensor. It designs the overall structure of the monitoring device based on the actual situation of projects. It also gives the working principle of the vibrating wire sensors and the method of CAN bus multi -node communication. It designs the CAN node circuit and Program flow chart of this monitoring device. The experimental results show that the communication distance is up to 8km at the communication rate of 250 kps, and it can have up to 110 nodes. The design method is simple, flexible and has more versatility, it can be applied in a variety of industrial applications where vibrating wire sensors are used.
