摘要
文章介绍了高分一号(GF-1)卫星的基本情况,结合该遥感数据在"十二五"期间全国地级以上城市规模扩展监测中的实际应用,建立了高分一号16米多光谱数据处理方法及城市建设用地信息提取技术流程,并基于不同年度遥感影像资料,利用人机交互式方法提取了全国地级以上城市建设规模扩展信息,通过GIS的统计分析功能,从城镇规模扩展率、城镇规模扩展强度等方面进行了分析。通过该遥感数据研究为确定城市建成区范围提供技术保证,从而更准确、快捷地掌握城市扩展变化的规律;通过多城市同一时期的对比,可快速发现不同城市的扩展现状及差异性,为下一步的土地管理政策制订提供数据支撑;同时还可以作为检验发展战略成果的一种方法,得出真实、客观的判断和结论。
The article introduces the basic information of Gaofen- 1 ( GF- 1 ), combining with the practical ap- plication of remote sensing data in the scale monitoring of urban construction of country's prefecture-level cit- ies in "12th five-year plan" period, it establishes process method and technology of urban construction land by using multi -spectral data of GF-1 which the spatial resolution is 16m. Based on remote sensing images in different years, it extracts the scale information of urban construction of country ' s prefecture- level cities by u- sing human computer interaction method. With the statistical analysis function of GIS, the rate and intensity of urban construction scale is analyzed. By the means of providing technical assurance for determining the scope of urban area by the remote sensing data research, thus the law of urban expansion and changes can be grasped more accurately and quickly. With the comparison of many cities in the same period, we can find out the expansion status and differences of different cities, providing data support for land management policy for- mulation in the future. It also can be used as a way to test the outcome of the development strategy, to draw out judgments and conclusions really and objectively.
